Uses high temperature epoxy that is stronger than OEM, eliminating the possibility of magnet detachment.

High grade steel capping

Prevents harsh additives in motor oil from degrading the epoxy attaching the magnets. Though extremely unlikely, if a magnet did ever come loose, it would remain in the sleeve preventing contact with the stator.

Precise balancing

Eliminates crankshaft vibrations for longer engine longevity.


Please note: There is two possible kits for RSV4 engine. If your RSV4 engine number is lower than 3413, you will need CARMS120-104926.. Please compare our flywheel to your original.

Due to the shallow taper of the Aprilia crankshaft, it is critical to use the OEM flywheel lockup tool (Aprilia Part Number 020914Y) to secure the flywheel from turning while you loosen and tighten the flywheel bolt. Do NOT use an impact gun, especially to install the flywheel bolt, as the massive torque can force the flywheel too far onto the crankshaft and rub on the timing chain guide bolt behind it. The flywheel bolt MUST be tightened with a torque wrench to the OEM spec of 88 ft/lbs (120 N/m) to prevent any issues.
